Our bookkeeping service will take full advantage of the technological developments on the market to save time and increase accuracy of the accounts. All you have to do is take a photo of your receipts or scan then upload or email us. The rest of the information such as invoices and bank statements are now mostly available electronically and can be uploaded or emailed.
We process your information as soon as practically possible but within few days at the most. Because we work on a cloud based system, you will then have access to your most up to date accounts 24/7 so that you can make the decisions based on the latest information rather than wait for the month end.

Typically our bookkeeping service would include:

- processing purchase invoices and expense receipts
- processing payments 
- bank reconciliations
- purchase and sales ledger reconciliations
- preparation and submission of VAT returns
- updating and maintaining the Fixed assets register, calculating the depreciation
- processing lease payments and interest
- accruals and prepayments
- data entry
- we can also issue sales invoices if required, we would have to agree the process and details with you first

Maintaining financial records

You must keep details of all the records in relation to your business regardless if you are a limited company, sole trader or a partnership. It is a legal requirement and your responsibility as the Director or business owner. It is also quite tedious and often left to last minute.

We have combined our bookkeeping services with updating and maintaining financial records so we can do it all for you. You are now allowed to keep your records in electronic format which means less paper and more space in your office!
Many companies have already understood the benefits of electronic filing system and are sending their invoices by email. Even bank statements can be downloaded. Whatever documents are still in paper format can be scanned or taken a picture of.
Most cloud based accounting softwares provide storage options but you might be better off getting online storage solution like Dropbox, Google Drive or similar. 
You can get multiple log in's which means you can see who has done what, you can leave notes to each other and upload information directly from your phone. 

When working with us, all you have to do it have your invoices and statements uploaded or emailed to the place we agree on and we take it from there. It is that simple! and enjoy all the empty space!
